Overnight house fires reported in Carney, Joppa

Crews battled a pair of house fires in Carney and Joppa overnight. At just after midnight a house fire was reported in the 8700 block of Oakleigh Road in Carney (21234). House fire reported in Parkville

Crews are heading to the scene of a Thursday evening house fire in Parkville. At about 5 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the 1800 block of White Oak Avenue (21234). At the scene, crews found a deck fire in the rear of the home. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use caution in the area.

Spring 2018 rabies clinic coming to Nottingham area in May

The Baltimore County Department of Health’s Department of Animal Services will be holding low-cost animal rabies vaccination clinics in the Nottingham area.
