MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking to identify the owner of a pedal boat that was located in Middle River.

The boat was found after heavy rains and wind swept through the area on Tuesday night.

The serial number on the boat is “LLTD1624F394.
