JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a water rescue in the Joppa area. As of 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, units are responding to the 2100-block of Philadelphia Road/MD-7 for a report of a vehicle in flood waters with occupants trapped. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should avoid the area.
