Disabled vehicle snarls I-95 traffic in Joppa

JOPPA, MD – A disabled vehicle is causing traffic delays in Joppa on Wednesday afternoon. At around 3 p.m., the Maryland Department of Transportation reported that a disabled vehicle was blocking a portion of southbound I-95 at the Mountain Road exit. The center lanes are currently blocked and heavy delays are present. Motorists should use caution in the area.

Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for Nottingham area

NOTTINGHAM, MD – The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Nottingham area. The watch will be in effect for Baltimore County through 9 p.m. on Wednesday night. Strong to severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds will be possible on Wednesday afternoon and into Wednesday evening. Residents should stay tuned to their local forecast.
