TOWSON, MD—A woman told police that she was raped in the parking lot of a local high school over the weekend.
The woman stated that she had been raped in the parking lot of Loch Raven High School after being picked up by a driver in Baltimore.
The woman had reportedly been waiting for a bus in the area of Harford Road and North Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday when she got tired of waiting and flagged down a driver.
The woman then realized that the driver was heading in the wrong direction and they ended up at the Loch Raven High School parking lot.
The driver then threatened the woman with a gun and raped her.
The woman was then able to flee and got help. Authorities met her at a local hospital.
The investigation is ongoing at this hour.
