JOPPA, MD—Crews responded to a major crash in the Joppa area on Sunday evening.

At around 5 p.m. on May 25, 2025, units responded to a motor vehicle collision along southbound I-95 just past Little Gunpowder Falls.

A total of nine vehicles were involved in the crash, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.

Several lanes along southbound I-95 were shut down for accident cleanup, causing major delays.

There has been no word on any injuries.
