Medical emergency reported on Route 40

JOPPA, MD—Emergency crews are on the scene of a Friday evening incident along Route 40. At just after 7:15 p.m., units responded to a medical emergency along eastbound Pulaski Highway near the Little Gunpowder River. There has been no update on the patient’s condition.
