EDGEWOOD, MD—Crews responded to a house fire in the Edgewood area on Tuesday morning. The fire was reported at around 8:30 a.m. on July 16 in the 300-block of Canoe Lane. JOPPA, MD—An apparent lightning strike brought down a tree onto power lines in Joppa overnight. Earlier Thursday morning, crews from Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company responded to the 500-block of Trimble Road.
