TOWSON, MD—Officials have announced details for the official 2023 Baltimore County Christmas tree lightning ceremony.

The event will take place 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 1 on Allegheny Avenue between York Road and Washington Avenue in Towson.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be present for free pictures. Local restaurants will also be handing out free hot chocolate, treats, and giveaways. The event is free and fun for the whole family.

The tree lighting ceremony is presented by the Towson Chamber of Commerce.
