TOWSON, MD—The Towson Chamber of Commerce has postponed the Baltimore County tree lighting ceremony due to predicted inclement weather.
Originally scheduled for this Friday, December 1, the tree lighting will now take place 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023.
The event will take place on Allegheny Avenue between York Road and Washington Avenue in Towson.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be present for free pictures. Local restaurants will also be handing out free hot chocolate, treats, and giveaways. The event is free and fun for the whole family.
