ROSEDALE, MD—Officials say a deceased male was found by firefighters responding to a vehicle fire in Rosedale on Wednesday evening.

At just after 7:45 p.m., crews responded to the 8500-block of Contractors Road (21237), near the CSX Railroad Crossing, at 7:50 p.m.

At the scene, firefighters found a fully involved vehicle just off of the railroad tracks. While extinguishing the fire, they found a deceased male in the driver’s seat.

An investigation is ongoing at this hour.
