PARKVILLE, MD—A popular Parkville snowball stand was robbed last week.

Police say that, at just before 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, an individual approached Dean’s Shaved Ice, located in the 8400-block of Harford Road (21234).

The suspect displayed an unknown object and demanded the victim’s money and phone.

Police say the suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle.

The local snowball spot had also been burglarized in 2020 and in 2019.
