JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday afternoon vehicle fire in Joppa. The fire was reported at just after 12:45 p.m. in the 700-block of Towne Center Drive. At the scene, crews found a conversion van that was fully engulfed in flames. There has been no word on any injuries.
