Harford Road shut down in Glen Arm

GLEN ARM, MD—Harford Road has been shut down in the Glen Arm area. At just after before 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday, the State Highway Administration reported that Harford Road was shut down at Notchcliff Road for emergency utility work.
