NOTTINGHAM, MD—Motorists should be aware of major traffic delays on Belair Road in the Fullerton area on Saturday.

At around noon, Councilman David Marks reported that there were major backups along a stretch of Route 1 due to emergency utility work.

Heavy delays are present from Route 43 to past Necker Avenue and onto Ridgelys Choice Drive.

Estimated time of power restoration is 12:45 p.m., per Councilman Marks.
