GLEN ARM, MD—A roadway in Glen Arm has been shut down due to downed power lines.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Long Green Volunteer Fire Company reported that Long Green Road was closed in the area of Prigel Family Creamery due to downed power lines.

There has been no word as to when the road will be reopened.

Motorists should use Hydes Road as an alternate route.
