ROSEDALE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday night crash on Interstate 95. The crash was reported at just before 11:15 p.m. along southbound I-95 just inside the beltway. Three of four southbound lanes along southbound I-95 are shut down prior to the I-895 split. Motorists should use caution in the area.
