BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will begin work next week to improve pavement and ride quality on sections of I-83 (Baltimore-Harrisburg Expressway) and US 40 (Pulaski Highway) in Baltimore County. MDOT SHA to improve roads in Rosedale, Essex

Next week, the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) will begin two highway maintenance projects in eastern Baltimore County that they say will improve ride quality for many motorists.
