PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning crash on I-695 in Parkville. The motor vehicle accident was reported at just after 9 a.m. along the outer loop at the Perring Parkway exit. The left lanes along the outer loop are currently blocked. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use caution in the area.
