NOTTINGHAM, MD—Multiple water rescues are under way in Baltimore and Harford counties as severe storms sweep through the region.
At 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, water rescues were being reported in the areas of Pulaski Highway near the Baltimore County line, the 800-block of Joppa Farm Road in Joppa, and the 900-block of Joppa Farm Road.
A Flash Flood Warning and Severe Thunderstorm Warning are in effect for northeast Baltimore County and southern Harford County.
A Tornado Warning is also in effect for the Middle River area as a waterspout moves toward Harford County.
Motorists are reminded to “turn around, don’t drown.”
