JOPPA, MD—Crews responded to a serious crash in the Joppa area on Tuesday night.

At around 10 p.m. on July 29, units responded to a motor vehicle collision on Philadelphia Road at Joppa Farm Road.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free one trapped occupant.

Philadelphia Road was briefly shut down for crash response and the patient was taken to a local trauma center. There has been no word on their condition.
