JOPPA, MD—Crews rescued a trapped dog in Joppa over the July 4th weekend, and officials are searching for its owner.
On Friday July 4, crews from Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company were called to Falconer Road for a report of a dog trapped in a storm drain. The dog was eventually brought to safety.
There was no collar on the dog so it was turned over to Harford County Animal Control.
