White Marsh Officer named Baltimore County Police Officer of the Year

NOTTINGHAM, MD—A police officer from the White Marsh Precinct has been named the Baltimore County Police Department Officer of the Year.

Officer Jonathan Douglas has been awarded with the Police and Community Relations Council Officer of the Year.

“Officer J. Douglas is well respected by his supervisors and peers,” said the department in a social media post. “Over the past year, he has been significantly involved in curbing crime in the White Marsh Precinct through apprehending criminals and resolving crime trends.”

“In addition, Officer Douglas is first to volunteer for details and is always willing to get involved with extensive investigations,” officials added. “Thank you for all you do to keep our community safe and congratulations!”
