NOTTINGHAM, MD—Local students got to spend time with some very special visitors this week.

In honor of their 100th day of school, Baltimore County Police Department SRO A. Swartzendruber arranged for members of the Parkville Precinct, including Captain K. Fruhling, the K-9 unit, Tactical unit, and Aviation to visit Seven Oaks Elementary School on Wednesday.

First graders were given the opportunity to see inside a police vehicle, handle some of the equipment, and see the dogs and helicopter in action.
