JOPPA, MD—Crews responded to a house fire in Joppa on Friday morning.

Early on January 19, units from Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and surrounding companies responded to a chimney fire in the 2500-block of Lincrest Road.

Firefighters trudged thru the snow to find a chimney fire that was already out.

Crews ensured the fire was completely out and removed smoke from the home.

No injuries were reported.
