GWYNN OAK, MD—Police are searching for a Baltimore County man after he was attacked and abducted on Wednesday night.

At just before 8:45 p.m. on January 17, 2024, 62-year-old Joel Edwards was attacked by an unknown suspect in the 3500-block of Forest Hill Road (21207).

Edwards was then forced into a vehicle and is currently missing.

He was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black boots, a blue long-sleeve shirt, and blue sweatpants.  Edwards is 5’11” tall and weighs 260 pounds.

Anyone with information on Joel Edwards’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or police at 410-307-2020.
