JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a crash involving a dump truck on Interstate 95 in the Joppa area.

The crash was reported at just after 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning along southbound I-95 at the Mountain Road exit.

The dump truck is on its side and hazmat crews are responding to pump off the diesel fuel in the tanks.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
