WHITE MARSH, MD—Plans for yet another apartment complex in the White Marsh area have surfaced.
A Towson-based company has filed plans for a 300+ apartment complex at 8020 Sandpiper Circle.
The proposed new complex would be in addition to the 516 units planned at the former Sears location on the White Marsh Mall property itself as well as the proposed 200 units near THE AVENUE at White Marsh.
The newly-proposed development on Sandpiper Circle from a group called White Marsh Acquisition I LLC calls for a total of 330 units – including 173 one-bedroom apartments, 141 two-bedroom apartments, and 16 three-bedroom apartments.
