NOTTINGHAM, MD—More apartments are being proposed for northeastern Baltimore County, this time in the Nottingham area.
Baltimore County will be holding a Community Input Meeting on July 18, 2023 to discuss “The Avenue at White Marsh Apartments” project, a proposed 200-apartment development.
This is in addition to a proposed 500-apartment development at White Marsh Mall.
According to the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections, the location for “The Avenue at White Marsh Apartments” is 4921 Campbell Boulevard (21236).
The Community Input Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18 at Community Christian Church, located at 8009 Corporate Drive in Nottingham (21236).
