BEL AIR, MD—A popular festival is moving to Harford County this year.
The Chesapeake Bay Balloon Festival is moving from Talbot County to Bel Air.
The festival will take place August 4, 5, and 6 at Cedar Lane Regional Park. Festival attendees will be able to enjoy hot air balloon flights, live music, food, an art village, face painting, bouncy houses, crafts, and more.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time and will not be available at the door. Kids 12 and under are free. There will be limited onsite paid parking.
