BALTIMORE, MD—After a mild January week in the Baltimore area, some light wintry precipitation is expected at the end of the weekend.

The National Weather Service says quiet conditions are expected on Saturday before a weak system may bring a wintry mix to the area on Sunday.

Any accumulations should be light, and the precipitation will likely change over to all rain after 10 p.m. on Sunday night.
