ROSEDALE, MD—Check your tickets! Even though no one hit the jackpot, one winning $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in Baltimore County along with 14,700 other winning tickets in Maryland ranging from $4 to $100.
One lucky player bought a third-tier winning ticket from Dan’s Cigar Lounge located at 8300 Pulaski Highway in Rosedale. The winning numbers to match are 12, 32, 56, 67 and 68; the Powerball was 26.
Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe location. They have 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
The Powerball jackpot has rolled to an estimated $325 million for the Saturday, January 7 drawing. The estimated cash option is $165.2 million.
