TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department this week announced several promotions.

Fire Chief Joanne Rund has announced the following promotions, which will become effective on September 24:

• Fire Capt. Scott Ebbert (will oversee the Fire-Rescue Academy)
• EMS Capt. Danelle Knatz (will oversee EMS operations)
