Baltimore County Fire Department announces promotions to Fire Lieutenant, EMS Lieutenant

TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department this week announced several promotions.

Fire Chief Joanne Rund has announced the following promotions to Fire Lieutenant and EMS Lieutenant:

Fire Lieutenant

  • FADO Anthony Colvin Jr.
  • FS Bryan Compher
  • FADO Thomas Cook
  • FADO Brian Fraley
  • EMT/FF Cynthia Gee
  • FS Adam Lublinsky
  • FADO John Ritz
  • FS Caroline Rudacille
  • FS Jerry Weckesser Jr.

EMS Lieutenant

  • PMFC Daniel Finke

The promotions will be made effective April 23rd.
