UPDATE: The man was reportedly trapped under a 1000+ pound piece of machinery for four hours before being discovered. It took crews approximately 25 minutes to free him.

KINGSVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday afternoon rescue in Kingsville.

At just after 2:30 p.m., units responded to the 11800-block of Cedar Lane (21087).

At the scene, medics found an adult male pinned beneath a heavy piece of machinery.

The male has been freed, but has sustained life-threatening injuries.

A medevac chopper is on route to the scene.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
