NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Nottingham area.

The warning will be in effect until 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

At just after 4 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near the Baltimore area and moving northeast at 15 mph.  The storm packs 60 mph winds and quarter0sized hail.

Damaging winds will cause some tree branches to fall.  Roadways may becomes blocked by downed trees and localized power outages are possible.
