MARYLAND—A Silver Alert has been activated for a missing woman.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department says 81-year-old Rosalie Josephine Howley suffers from a cognitive impairment.

She is 5’6″ tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has silver/gray hair.

She was last seen at about 4 p.m. on February 9 on Roe Lane in Arnold.  She is believed to be traveling in a 2014 silver Subaru Forester with South Carolina tag JCY821.

Anyone with information on Rosalie Howley’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call the Anne Arundel County Police Department at 410-222-8610.
