Carjacking, assault reported in Parkville

PARKVILLE, MD—Police are investigating a carjacking and an assault that were reported in Parkville over the past week.

At 10 a.m. on Friday, February 5, a known individual pointed a gun at two victims in the 7800-block of Birmingham Avenue (21234).

The suspect then fled the scene.

At just before 5:15 p.m. on Friday, an individual forced a man at gunpoint to get out of his vehicle in the 2600-block of Putty Hill Avenue (21234).

The suspect, along with another individual, entered the victim’s vehicle and drove away.
