NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are responding to a report of a barricaded subject in Nottingham/Perry Hall.

At just before 11 p.m., officers responded to the vicinity of the Spring Hill Apartments near the Seven Courts community.

At the scene, an armed suicidal subject was reportedly threatening police as well as himself.

A police helicopter is assisting with the operation.
