WHITE MARSH, MD—A portion of Philadelphia Road was shut down on Monday afternoon as heavy rains swept through the area.
Route 7 has been shut down in both directions at Campbell Boulevard due to high water.
A Flood Warning and Tornado Watch are in effect for the Nottingham area until 7 p.m.
A portion of Pulaski Highway was also shut down on Monday.
Motorists should use an alternate route.
