JOPPA, MD—Crews were in the scene of a gas leak in Joppa on Friday morning.

Units from Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Conpany responded to Magnolia Middle School at just after 8 a.m.

The school has been evacuated and closed for the day, per JMVFC.

Fire crews, BGE, and Harford County Public Schools facilities are working to locate the source of the leak and clear the incident.
