PERRY HALL, MD – A retiring local high school principal was honored on Tuesday in Nottingham.

Councilman David Marks and BCPS Board Member Julie Henn recognized Andrew Last at his retirement party on Tuesday evening.

Last has served as principal at Perry Hall High School for the past five years and is retiring from Baltimore County Public Schools.

“I have enjoyed our relationship and wish him a happy retirement,” said Councilman Marks.

“Mr. Last attentively care for everyone in his presence,” added Henn, “calmly and astutely handling any situation he was dealt – with a patience and wisdom I have long admired.”

The send-off was organized by the Perry Hall High School PTSA and was held at the Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Overlea.
