JOPPA, MD – Police are advising Joppa residents of possible traffic delays on Tuesday.
On June 4, 2019, the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will be traveling through Harford County.
Residents can expect possible delays along Route 40 from Havre de Grace to Joppa between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to wave and show support to our aw enforcement officers.
