MIDDLE RIVER, MD – Police are investigating three robberies that were reported this week.
At about 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, two individuals robbed two victims at gunpoint in the area of Compass Road at Tipton Road in Middle River (21220). The suspects stole a cell phone and wallet from the victims before fleeing on foot.
Sometime between 2:45 and 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 four individuals assaulted a woman in the 2200-block of Vailthorn Road in Middle River (21220), then stole her purse containing various items. Three of the four suspects were taken into custody.
At 10 p.m. on Thursday, a man was approached by two individuals in the area of Old Eastern Avenue at Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221). The suspects told the victim to empty his pockets and then assaulted him.
