A water main break in Essex has left some local residents without service.
The Department of Public Works reports that a sixteen-inch main has ruptured in the unit block of Eastern Boulevard (21221).
Sixty residents, one hydrant, and the Riverview Rehab Center are currently without service.
There has been no ETA on repairs.
