Police are investigating after a man was assaulted and robbed in Nottingham on Thursday night.

At just before 9 p.m., the man was assaulted by four suspects in the 9100 block of Belair Road, near Tom’s Tropicals.

During the assault the man’s cell phone was stolen.

Councilman David Marks adds that the suspects may have been juveniles and that a Good Samaritan stepped in to help.
