A promotional ceremony for 48 members of the Baltimore County Fire Department was held at the Randallstown Community Center at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Fire Chief John J. Hohman and other county dignitaries were in attendance. Clerk of the Court, Julie L. Ensor, administered the oath of office to those who were promoted, and the Reverend Herbert Watson Jr. delivered the invocation.
