Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Thursday that he would spearhead an effort to clean up a local park.

Indian Rock Park, located off of Ebenezer Road in Perry Hall, has become overrun with litter in recent years.

Marks aims to change that, posting on Facebook:

Our office will be organizing a group to clean and repaint the benches and remove the garbage along Indian Rock Park trail. The cleanup will be on Saturday, April 1st at 10 a.m. Meet in the Perry Hall High School parking lot closest to the trail. Bring gloves and wear clothes that can [get] dirty. We should be done in about an hour.
