Police are investigating after a woman’s purse was stolen while she was refueling at a Rosedale gas station.

At about 4 p.m. on January 13, a woman was getting gas at the Exxon station located in the 8600 block of Philadelphia Road, 21237.

While she was refueling, someone entered the passenger side of the her vehicle in order to steal her purse.

The woman entered the vehicle and a brief struggle ensued.

The suspect managed to grab the purse, then fled the scene in a vehicle.

There were no injuries reported in the incident.
