Police say a man is under arrest after attempting to use a moving van to run two people over in Middle River.
At about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, police responded to the 9800 block of Pulaski Highway in Middle River.
At the scene, authorities say the man tried to hit two people with a U-Haul truck.
The suspect was stopped in the vehicle.
The man was placed under arrest and is now facing first-degree assault charges.
